Hen’s House Publishing was founded by author and independent publisher Stephany Simmons.

Stephany began her publishing journey in 2011, learning firsthand how overwhelming, confusing, and deeply rewarding the path to publication can be. Over the years, she navigated self-publishing, small presses, distribution platforms, editing workflows, cover design processes, and the realities of promoting books in a changing digital landscape.

Through that work, one truth became clear: every writer deserves clarity, confidence, and support, no matter which publishing path they choose.

Hen’s House Publishing grew from that belief.
